What to Expect

Where are we located?

We're nestled among the rolling hills and farms of Loudoun County...parking is just 600' off State Route 704 (Harmony Church Road)....about 10 minutes from downtown Leesburg, under an hour from most of the DMV.

The address: 18548 Harmony Church Rd., Hamilton, VA  20158. Turn in when you see the tall yellow WINERY flag!

 

Do we allow children?

We are an adult-only winery 21-yo + (except infants 0- 6 mos).

We are a working farm…please, no children are allowed on the property.

 

Do we allow dogs?

We do allow leashed and well-behaved dogs on our green spaces (caution...snapping turtles in creeks!). Dogs are not allowed in our tasting room or decks. [Only exceptions are registered/certified service dogs.] Please make sure you clean up after your pets. 

 

Do we allow limos or buses to visit the winery?

Yes....BUT!..... you need to make reservations and coordinate with us 2 weeks ahead of time for a large group (7 or more people) for a semi-private tasting. This will enhance your experience with us.

 

Is our space available for private parties and catered events?

Yes! The lower level of the tasting barn has space for private parties, i.e. bridal or baby showers, birthdays, holidays, promotions, etc. of up to 34 people during our business hours. The entire tasting barn is available for private events of up to 60 people after our business hours- i.e. weddings, rehearsal dinners, anniversaries, birthdays, corporate events, celebration of life, retirements, etc. ALSO...the tasting barn is available on Tuesdays & Wednesdays when we are closed to the public...it's great for a team building day, professional organization meetings, and other daytime or evening events. Do we sell food?

Yes, we sell charcuterie boxes, cheeses, meats, bread sticks, crackers, chips, popcorn, and chocolate.

 

Do we offer non-alcoholic drinks?

Yes. We have bottled water and a variety of sodas.

 

Do we allow outside food?

Yes....prepared, ready-to-serve foods and non-alcoholic beverages. No portable grills or other cooking equipment allowed.

We request that you help us maintain our beautiful space and use the provided trash receptacles or take your trash with you [which would be greatly appreciated]. Please help us ensure that no trash finds its way into the creeks--thanks!

Can you bring fold-up chairs?

Most certainly! Be comfy in your own folding chairs set up at your favorite spot along our melodious creeks. We have lots of outside seating available on a first-come, first-served basis.​ While we have many mature trees that provide wonderful shade, there are also plenty of areas with direct sun exposure.  As such, small "Pop Up Canopies" are allowed. 

Seasonally, our firepits, depending on weather conditions, are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

 

Ensuring You Have a Pleasurable Visit

  • Our visitors must be 21 years or older, with the exception of infants 0-6 mos.
    We expect adults will enjoy our creeks' tranquility while respecting their potential danger (i.e., snapping turtles).   

  • We are a Licensed Virginia Farm Winery and must enforce all Virginia ABC and Federal alcohol laws.

  • No smoking or vaping in the tasting barn or on the decks. No open flame materials, i.e. birthday candles, flambe' foods  ;-), etc.. allowed on the property. (If you do smoke, please be considerate and step away from other visitors....thx!)

  • The only alcohol that can be consumed on the property as per ABC Rules & Regulations are Three Creeks wines.

  • We reserve the right to confiscate any alcohol brought onto the property.

  • We will not serve intoxicated individuals.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.​​

  • We reserve the right to inspect any coolers brought onto the property to ensure we comply
    with ABC Regulations.
